Refund and cancellation
Cancel at any time
There is no contract and no minimum term. To cancel, email mateja.eliobrt@gmail.com. You will not be billed again, and the service runs until the end of the month you have already paid for.
Refunds
The monthly management fee is for work carried out during that month, so it is not refundable once the month has started. I make refunds in these cases:
- You were charged twice, or charged an amount different from the one agreed in writing.
- You were charged after a cancellation that I confirmed by email.
- I did not start the work in the month you paid for.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank may need a few working days to show it.
Advertising spend
Ad spend is paid by you to Google and Meta and is outside my refund policy. Refund questions about ad spend go to the platform that charged you.
How to ask
Email mateja.eliobrt@gmail.com with your business name and the invoice in question. I answer with a decision and, where it applies, the refund confirmation.
