Terms of service
1. Who provides the service
The service is provided by ELI, a craft business (obrt) registered in Croatia and owned by Mateja Pavić-Maroš, Zvonigradska 25, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. Email: mateja.eliobrt@gmail.com. In these terms, "I" means ELI and "you" means the client.
2. What the service is
I plan, set up, manage and report on paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). The exact scope, platforms and monthly fee are agreed with you in writing before the work starts.
3. Fees and payment
You pay a fixed monthly management fee. I invoice you each month and you pay by card through a secure Stripe payment link. Stripe handles your card details. I never see or store them.
The management fee does not include advertising spend. Ad spend is charged to you directly by Google and Meta, from your own advertising accounts, and is never paid through me.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give me access to the ad accounts, website and analytics I need to do the work.
- Provide accurate information about your business, products, prices and offers.
- Own the right to use any images, text and trademarks you send me.
- Follow the advertising policies of Google and Meta.
5. No guarantee of results
Advertising results depend on many things outside my control, including platform changes, competitors, your offer and your website. I do not guarantee a specific number of enquiries, sales or return on ad spend. I do commit to regular work on your campaigns and to honest reporting.
6. Ownership of accounts and data
Your advertising accounts, data and campaigns belong to you. If the service ends, I remove my access and you keep everything.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time by email. The service ends at the end of the month you have already paid for. See the refund and cancellation policy.
8. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, my liability is limited to the management fees you paid me in the month in which the problem occurred. I am not liable for advertising spend charged by platforms, for account suspensions by Google or Meta, or for indirect losses.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Disputes go to the competent court in Zagreb.
10. Changes
If I change these terms, the new version appears on this page with a new date. Changes do not apply to a month you have already paid for.
